Unprofessional & no care about orders

I've been receiving their emails for years but I've never bought anything until now, what a mistake!! On the 7th June i placed an order & paid immediately for fathers day and confirmed it would be delivered to me by fathers day. Since then i have received no helpful replies. I did not receive an email approving the artwork like they said, I've phone over and over sent emails and nothing. I only placed the order because someone confirmed it would be delivered by Fathers day, someone finally answered the phone toady being the 14th and fathers day is this weekend and the lady didnt have a clue where my order was or what im on about! I feel so sorry for any other parents and kids that are not getting their gifts.
