Terrible service

Be careful when purchasing from Geite & Goeters. We placed an order with them 7 weeks ago with an expected delivery of 7 - 21 days. It is now far past that time. I have been told on the 2 occasions that they did respond that someone would update me in a few minutes. NOTHING!! I keep getting the runaround saying that I must contact team 2 and now its team 3. I am still waiting for Belinda or Cindy to get back to me...... I won't hold my breath though. After sending numerous unanswered emails, Whatsapp messages and phone calls it has come to this. BE CAREFUL.
