TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE....paid and placed an order for personalised Christmas ***** on the 3/10/22...received goods 11/11/2022 which looked terrible. The font they used to write the names on were unreadable for children. I sent photos and complained, they agreed that the incorrect font was used and promised to redo the order and sent them to me on the 15/11/2022. I sent several emails asking when I'm going to get my order...…and NOTHING...NO response and no order. These 8 personalised Christmas ***** were ordered for children with their parents and grand parents names on!!!
