Shockingly bad customer care

I placed an order for an item of a large amount to which was rep**** that the order was processed and that the item will be delivered during 21-30 working days. Almost a month later i asked about the status of my order to which was rep**** that the item is out of stock and fhat I should choose something else of my liking. I then asked for a refund to which was rep**** that they take 10-15 working days…we have been waiting for two weeks for a response about the refund…no emails or messages are being answered.
