Ordered 3 months ago a jacket for R770

Ordered 3 months ago a jacket for R770. Saw same jacket on Shein for R149. It took them 3 months to deliver the packet, wrong size, refused a payback, do not respond to emails or whatsapp had to threaten them with opening a case of ***** and theft.then only they ordered the jacket size way to small.
