No Service

We placed an order and paid for it on the 26th June '23, today is 21st August '23; two months later and we mailed and phoned numerous time, the WhatsApp says they only deal with new order, meaning taking your money, I got a number from the web, only to get a told that they going to find out from the factory and get back to us, nobody ever got back to me via phone. My wife got a response once, from the boss of the boss and he was going to investigate, he then told her they will deliver the next week, and so the next week came and go, we send mails and ask for a refund on the 28 July, but no response. So, if you ever consider buying from them, then rather donate the money, at least you will then get value, choose the SPCA or a Church, rather than Geite en Goeters.
