No communication and to date ....
<div>I placed an order in July, we payed as per the invoice and then nothing.
I first followed up 4 weeks later, just to confirm that my order was in fact being processed, as their original lead time did state a lead time of 21-30 days. I was then informed that the order will take longer.
About 2 weeks later, I followed up again and was told that they'll get back to me. After another 2 weeks I followed up again, after which I was assured that it will be sent the following Tuesday.
It has now been another week since the package was supposed to be sent and I still haven't received anything yet. I have sent two more follow up mails, asking for a tracking number, which have not been answered. I have phoned numerous times from different phone numbers, sent a facebook message and posted directly on their page, with no feedback.
I love to support local businesses, but sadly I have been REALLY disappointed by Geite & Goeters!</div>
Upon researching the original creator of the item I also found that there was an almost R300 markup on the same product that I could have gotten cheaper and faster from the original company who made it! Pity I hadn't known about them before making this big mistake.
I will not be making use of Geite & Goeters ever again and hope my review save someone else money and time.
