No client service
The delivery of the product took longer than quoted. Product not as expected or as per picture. I expected couch slip covers made of towelling but they are like large bath mats. Requested immediately that the product be collected and refunded but there was No response from company, this was 6 months ago. I have not used the product and kept it in it's original packaging and in the original courier guy envelopes. I now get a message asking if I received my goods! Back and forth communication with no resolution.

21 Feb 2024, 17:02It is now 20.02.2024 and a string of promises and half truths. Goods got lost, I never collected the goods so goods returned, oh no not your order but some one else's. We are so sorry... I am suppose to believe them. I was told goods can only be returned within 30 days... What goods. I asked for a refund... No!!! Many many different cell phone numbers and email addresses being used by this company. Ellen, Quinton so called owners or sales people you are de*****ing many many customers - yes you are committing ***** by taking people's hard earned money and not supplying the goods. It's almost a year since I placed and paid for my order. I keep copies of all my corrispondence with your company so I have proof. It is shameful what you are doing.
