Incomplete order leads to radio silence!

I asked for a QUOTE on 2 items, the next day I received an invoice (not having approved any quote), then a week later received an email stating payment is outstanding. I decided to pay, as I really liked the items.

2 weeks later (not 2 to 5 days, as they claim) I received an email requesting my contact details to arrange courier. The next week I receive my INCOMPLETE order. I only received the cheapest item that I ordered.

I immediately emailed them to inform them of this issue, on the exact same email thread we have been communicating on. No response.

2 days later I sent a follow up email, still no response. 2 days later, I sent another follow up email, and posted to their Facebook page that they are obviously still operational as they are advertising and they need to respond to their email. I received a response asking for my order number, which is just a few emails down, but I responded with it anyways.

Since then, radio silence!

They have blocked me from their page, don’t answer emails, phone goes straight to voicemail.

Small businesses plead with us for support, but a small business like this, will make you doubt them all!!
