Horrid service !

<div>I placed an order on 15 June 2021 and I had someone specially designed my design because their design they sent for approval look absolutely nothing like what I ordered- after this they proceeded to print their ridiculous design that had spelling mistakes and errors after I sent them the design I wanted. When I received the order it look nothing like the product I ordered and had the wrong design , they did not want to refund me and I asked them to then send me the correct product as this was not my mistake . They were so rude to me and also today is 19 October 2021 and I still have not received my product or a refund or any communication further . I sent them the design again on 19 August 2021 to make sure they understand what to do and to this day nothing . And I didn’t pay cheap for this product now I have no product to show for the money I paid them . If I could post the pic of the the product I ordered against the product I received you would laugh - it is actually despicable .</div>
