Geite goeters ..no service delivery

GEITEGOETERS OR geite en goeters.. they market and promote the most beautiful creative products. Sadly I have now been waiting for 5 months ..since august 2021 for my handmade canvas prints.. I paid over R1000 and still nothing. They are just not responding. What can I do?
