Geite & Goeters - How can you run a business like this ?!

I had to give a one star because there wasn't an option for no star.

DO NOT order anything from this company !! I sent them a WhatsApp and asked if they could assist me with ordering something I saw on one of their Facebook posts, but can't find on their website. I sent them a screenshot of what I wanted and they were friendly and immediately asked what size I need. When I made the payment and gave them all the necessary information as requested, three days later they told me they don't have stock of what I want and sent a photo of other options.

I then said no thank you and would rather have a refund. It's been five days now and still no feedback, even after sending numerous messages.

How can you run a business if you let you customers pay first and then check to see if you have stock and if you don't you try and sent them other options or ignore them when trying to contact you regarding their refund. They were quick to reply when I had to make the payment, but now that I want my money back their dead silent.

I saw the exact same item on Shein and I thought lets see what else I can find. Turns out Geite & Goeters buys all their products on Shein and just sells them for more than 100% of the original price on their website. Don't waste you're money with this company, go buy it for cheaper on Shein. Just take a screenshot of what you want from Geite & Goeters and do a Google image search and you'll find what you're looking for for more than 100% cheaper ;)
