Geite en Goeters Refund

Very hard to give this company any stars. As my order was fully paid for on 14th Des 2022. I have asked for my order to be canceled, as according to our e-mails the product had not gone into production until the 4th of Feb 2023, the reason being there has been a change of staff members and it seems the order got lost during that time. Then on the 9th of Feb 2023, there was a misprint problem. In all this time it was just about impossible to get hold of the company. Today 17th of Feb 2023 the product has still not been delivered and no communication received from Geite en Goeters. I have asked for my refund 3 times and there is just NO respond??? and NO Product!! Sonja Smuts
