Geite en Goeters

I found this companies' details on Facebook and ordered and paid for a pair of shoes through them on the 24 August 2023. Then after 2 weeks I followed up on when I can receive my order, via whatsapp. The person asked me to mail all te detail to them. Proof of payment, order number and correspondence was then sent to them. I am following up every week to find out where it is. The answer is always the same. It is still at customs. After 2 months, 30 October 2023, they do not even bother to answer me on whatsapp or email anymore. So, if I can warn anybody else not to use this company, so you do not lose your money too.
