Didn't receive my goods.

I ordered bedding from them on the 21st of April 2023. I have not received my order. I tried to contact them to no avail. They keep on asking me for POP which I've send numerous times and they confirmed POP on the day I placed my order. I spoke to Relanie on WhatsApp and she assured me everything was in order. Now all of a sudden I can't reach her. She doesn't reply to my messages. So fed up with all the ****mers.
