Never again will I buy from Geite & Goeters. - 6 February 2023 08:12 (5 days in advance of a birthday), I ordered a gift voucher for R1,000 online. (order #22073) - Zelda from Courier Geite was send a mail on the same day and time to issue the voucher. - 11 February 2023: On the day of the birthday, to my embarrassment , NO VOUCHER! - 13 February 2023: I send an e-mail enquiring about the voucher and asked for a refund. - 15 February 2023: Zelda responded that they "cannot refund on a voucher" although the voucher was not yet issued. - 16 February 2023: Zelda was asked AGAIN to issue the voucher. Birthday girl received voucher (5 days too late). 😡
