unsatisfied custormer

I bought a 3 pierce monroe LHT feb 2014 and within 6 months of purchase they started fading and changing colour,secondly the two sitter couch is broken inside and the 3rd thing is the edge of the couch where you sit are torn and which makes it uncomfortable to sit in them,i cant go to the store because it closed and everytime i go to an african bank branch and call the extended warranty line they drop the phone as soon as i mention geen and richards.....i am paying R1780 and will be for the next 3 years .....i have been trying to get help for the last 6 months but nothing
