Peeling “Genuine Leather “couches of R60000.

I bought couches forR60000 in July 2023. I asked the lady that was assisting me for a full(genuine)leather couch she showed me the one I bought.I recently went home for Easter holidays only for me to find out that the couch is peeling off. But how a genuine leather to peel off after only 8 months. I took pics and sent them via watsapp for them to see so she said she will send my complaint to the head office as I wanted a full refund or the couches to be changed as I fear that if repaired I will have the same issue but I was blamed by the lady saying I’m the 1st person to complain about these couches so maybe I did something wrong wrong with them. The only thing they will do is to repair them I don’t know how and if after 8 months they won’t need a repair again.Im very disappointed with Geen And Richard’s I spent my mother pension money because I wanted something that will last,they lasted 8 months only.
