HOPEWELL HOME PTY LTD SOLD A PENSIONER POOR QUALITY BEDROOM SUITE FOR R27000,

On 27/08/2018 my mother Kenalemang Mohapi who is a pensioner 67 years of age,Bought a bedroom suit(queen size) for R27 000 cash, from Hopewell store in Bloemfontein .By June 2019 the bed had already broke(the wood that is holding the mattress).By July My mother informed the shop and they send a man who used super glue to fix a bedroom suite worth R27 000.He then informed my mother that the guarantee is not valid for a bed which which was a few months old.The super glue could not hold, so the bed continued to become worse.The shop then phoned in November 2019 my mother to inform her about their sale, she then informed them again about the bed, since they said they will come. Up until now, nobody has called or come. A PENSIONER used her money to by a bed for R27000 which she thought was quality,but she was failed by the store.As I'm writing this now, the queen bed can't even accommodate 2 people. I'm asking that Kenalemang Mohapi be refunded her money back or supp**** with a new bed.
