Factory fault goods

<p>My husband and i bought couches from Geen and Richards just before the closure of the store. We were told that they do loan from African Bank and buy them cash. Few months later the leather couches changed the colour we inform African bank and they told us they don't have anything to do with that. We try to get numbers of thet factory that was supplying Geen and Richards they told us that we must email pictures, we did that every time we call they they will get back to us. The price of the chairs in store was R52 000. We are stuck with two colour chairs and busy paying the money and there is no seller to report the matter. Cant we get any assistance.</p>
