Couches

I went to Geen And Richards furnitures shop, to buy sofars or should I say couches which I saw from my mother in law, consultant the sales man , he told us to come on Saturday only to find that he was not there but found a lady who helped us and she told us that she was waiting for us because she was told by France ( the guy we consulted before going to the shop). As we going around the shop we saw couches which lookalike those we wanted but they not exactly the same and those we wanted are strong but these once now are weak. They even told us that they on sale then we took them thinking they are those that we wanted but only to find that No, they were not. After two months the skin was kind of pulling out .. laid a complain , guess what they did kept us waiting for one month and three weeks and after that they told us the head office approved, to replace the same product with the same one?♂️. And we refused to take it coz we actually didn’t receive help. So now we need help to get the product we wanted. Please
