On the 21st August 2021,I met Renay Gilmour on Geen & Richards furniture store online platform,I first had doubts and fears for **** but the way she represented herself and the store was amazingly professional and very well convincing, On the 22nd I bought 4 piece prestige lounge suite-ardic gold/brown, online with her assistance, Turnaround time was 7-14 working days but I needed them in 10 working days, I’ve mentioned it o her and she promised that she’ll push for the earliest delivery, On the 27th August I received my delivery,which was in the 5th day after my purchase. The delivery calculated was supposed to be R1800, and I got a free delivery,I feel honoured and valuable. Renay is natural, resilient, deliver exceptional customer experience,reliable,very patient indeed,loyal ,yet too professional, She is a goddess,hardworking and very kind.
