Bad Service

I bought a Dinning table cash on the 30th of November 2019 and promised delivery on the following wensday. I waited the whole day and when I was on the was to the shop on Thursday. I received a call from the shop asking me if I've received my delivery. Which was odd cause they should know if they delivered or not.

I was promised to get the good on the 12, which was later changed to the 13 then the 16 cause the delivery truck broke down. Suprisely on the 17 when I called they did even know that they said they will deliver on the 16. In all this instances I was the one who was calling them.

I was surprised when the store manager claimed that they where calling me where as they were responding to my calls.

After the 17 I did not call them up until the 27th where I requested a refunded they now promised me to deliver claiming that my dinning table was delivered to another store and I instead that they refund me. I was treatined that they will deduct 10% and after I shouted and told them I will take them to court if I have to and the store manager agreed that they won't deduct anything.

I requested them to give me their email address in order for me to send them my banking so that they can deposit my money. Now they are demanding that I come to the store with invoice and bankstament of which I think they should not be refunding me in their terms they are the one who breach the contract I had with them.

I am disappointed with the servics I received from Green & Richards. I always thought they where one of the top furniture shop. I wouldn't advise a friend and family member to buy from they. I will never buy anything from them.
