Disgruntled guests

We had earlier in the year( July), booked for a group of 8 ladies through Safari. The booking was for self catering , where breakfast was to be included in our payment . A deposit of R5000 was paid , and the remaining balance of R5100 was paid on arrival. The dates we chose was for 16 to 19 December 2023. To our dismay, we arrived and found out that we were not catered for breakfast as was initially agreed. The manager indicated that the owner was not reachable and he would not entertain us as our booking was done through a travel agent. When he was called, he flatly refused to meet up with us. The rooms that were on offer were not for self catering purposes. The kitchen that was offered was not up to standard and there were no utensils. We were even told that breakfast was going to be an extra R70 per person, should we wish to have it. Breakfast money that we had not planned for!!!
