Geekvape more like no Vape

So I recently bought an Geekvape pulse + luce icy peach flavour 150000 puffs upon opening the juice display said 96 percent I took 9 puffs and it went down to 91 present I and tasted like an device that was almost empty almost no flavour I contact the shop I bought it from said it's an sealed device not there problem I sent 3 emails to Geekvape no response nor any assistance from there side I openden the mouth peace at shop with shop owner low and behold the cotton inside was bone dry almost no juice inside no leakage visible nor any sign of spillage or damage to device I do believe it's an factory defect from there side hence my question if an disposable says 15000 puffs and only last about 5000 to 6000 puffs how many other devices are filled half or even just enough to vape for about 50 puffs and. You as an client are paying for it and it doesn't deliver as advertised nor is it refundable or exchangeble due to term and conditions that apply so I must just take the knock at there expens.
