Unreliable, unprofessional and a ****,I have been waiting for Xbox to be returned to me since 20 March 2026.All I get is story after story,no clear explanation

Google reviews can be manipulated
They have found a way to manipulate their google reviews , so take them with a bag of salt . Made big promises to make me bring my PC in - then made me pay up front - no questions asked . Then started making excuses and blaming equipment as to why they couldnt perform a basic service , still charging me for the time . I did the job myself afterwards and all working fine now .
