RIP-OFF

At first they were great, helpful, great delivery, etc Then, once I'd paid, their product didn't work. Emailed and spoke to Jason several times. Promises; but a couple of months later, I'm still down the purchase price with only a useless article to show for it. Not even a reply to my last voicemail.
