Massive ****

<p>Very very bad copies made in a knock shop somewhere in China. After complaining on their live chat as well as per email I get an email from Mackenzie Williams - Customer Support Specialist that my item will be replaced without having to send it back. Thereafter no more response and the live chat is also off line. All I can say is stay away from this and many similar shops. They all look the same and offer the same garbage.. Lesson.. Go into the shop and feel the item you are buying..</p>
