Stay away from this company.

Do not use this company for anything aside from the fact that they are not the cheapest of the Chinese online sellers they are ******** of note. I ordered and received some electronics from them in July '19 So far so Good. The product switched on once! Then failed. Contacted GeekBuying for a return process. They acknowledged fault but then refused return for many reasons mostly around return shipping. Finally offered to refund about 50%. I declined and posted a negative review. They then offered to ship out a new item which I accepted, Days pass without a tracking number, when I demand a tracking number one gets generated but strangely enough not from China but Singapore. Acceptable as it may be that they ship from another warehouse. Week later seems the tracking number is ****! Not in Singapore Post system or any of the global tracking systems. It seems they are just stalling for time in order to let the claims period lapse so I cannot file for a refund from PayPal
