Happy to receive payment for non delivery

I purcahsed on the 1st November 2017 a Chritsmas gift for my son. This was to be sent from overseas. Ao of today the 1st February 2018 I have still not received the gift. Geek claim that it has been dispatched and is in S.A. however I haev not receievd it therefore request a refund to which they are not willing.
