DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKBUYING, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Bought a vertical computer mouse online in March. This is for an employee that need to have a vertical mouse to ease tension in his hand. Parcel was never received and every time I enquire they say it was shipped to South Africa. I went on a rage spree on the South African Postal Office only to find out the bag that was received from the Netherlands never had the parcel inside. Thus, not the fault of the SA postal office (and I ended up speaking to the executives at SAPO. When I turned my focus back to Geekbuying the said that they will lodged an investigation which can take a long time and that I must be patient. They said the same thing to me a month prior with no feedback on the investigation whatsoever. They confirmed they will give me a refund but then have the audacity to ask me for a good review on their website and if I send them a screenshot of the good review. I will received some sort of a coupon. When I enquired about sending me another mouse the response was that they cannot do it as the mouse is discontinued. 3 months down the line and I don't have the vertical mouse or the refund. So if you have the urge to put yourself through unnecessary pain and want to order something which you urgently need but to never receive it, then go ahead, use geekbuying and come back afterwards to write your complain here.
