Defect TV Box purchase

I have purchased a a TV box device from geekbuying.com and the device is defect i contacted them and followed all their request even sent a video to illustrate that the device is broken all they offer me is a repair and i must pay the shipping that is $120 or they will refund me 20% of the unit cost without the delivery cost this is the worst online store that I ever used now I have paid a lot of money for a device that doesn`t work. They even do not commit to their online promises I would not recommend anyone to use their service especially if you live in a other country because it is a hassle and you will end up losing all money that was spend at them
