Order - communication - payment process is TERRIBLE

Initially it seems too good to be true. And maybe it is. Reasonable prices Unlike other reputable e-commerce companies, where you order, receive confirmation of payment and shipping details, you order and then get an email directing you to pay cash into a South African bank account.

I was sceptical about this but thought I should throw caution to the wind.

I looked at the reviews on their site and to say that they are probably inaccurate is an understatement.

I placed my order, and paid on a Friday and it was only on Monday morning where I was able to connect with someone who confirmed that my almost R3000 had been received and that my order was being processed.

I had understandably started doubting everything and seeing red flags.

Then I was told that my x3 24" Peruvian wavy hair accompanied with a 16" would now be accompanied by a 12" instead because they had no stock.

I was outraged and demanded what I paid for or a refund for the balance, only to be told the R122 difference was not able to be refunded.

Granted this is a small amount but based on principal and ************ business tactics I demanded a refund. To no end.

Was told I could use the balance on my next order and that my friends and family could use it to.

Moral of the story, trust your guy instinct.

I'm still waiting for the hair, will write up another review, God willing if the hair actually arrives.
