Not curly closure

I have been a client for Gee buy for more than a year now and the truth is i was very happy with the service i always received with this wholesale until this month. I order Mongolian curly hair and it was delivered on time and i checked my hair everything was fine. So yesterday i made a wig only to find out the hair inside is not the same as the hair i ordered. The weave is 100 percent ok and i am happy with it. But the closure is terrible its straight no curls in it. I writing this very disappointed as i wasn't expecting this from Gee buy . The lady i was dealing with is Abby. I tried to talk to her but shes there's nothing she can do as the hair already has been used but i didn't even wear the hair i only made a wig yesterday then showed to her.
