Complaint: Unhappy customer

I bought hair from ABBY , an agent for Geebuy hair. She gave me false adverti*****t and wrong information just to make profit. I wanted 30 inch Brazilian with 360 closure. after a long discussion she took my order. to my suprize i received 2 bundles of 30inch and 12inch 360 closure. Like seriously, 12 inch for a 30 inch who does that. When i asked her about it she said that is how they sell it. My hairdresser was also shocked. the wig did not look good because of the huge difference in inches. I sent Abby pictures of how ugly the wig looks. she clearly did not take it seriously she kept saying in my next order i will get a gift. i do not want a gift, i paid R2756, and i want her to rectify her wrong, to give me 360 closure in the 30inch or another closure in 30 inch with another bundle to make up for the correct order. She is not interested in what im saying. she did not tell me the special comes with a short closure. now it is all my fault according to her. i have been a loyal customer for Geebuy hair and has never experienced any glitches until now. Geebuy must speak to Abby their agent because this is giving a wrong name for the company and others. Abby,s number is+86 ********** 1210
