Bad Quality of Kinky Curls from Halina Geebuy agent

I am very dissapointed, disgusted with Halina from Geebuy Hair. I have been buying hair from this lady for as a long as i can remember. And am not going to lie the hair that was i recieving was very satisfying but the last hair that i bought which was kinky hair was nonsense, the quality was not nice but since i trusted hair i thought you know let me give her the benefit of the doubt myb its me, then i started wearing it yey hay the hair tangled, i took it for treatment still nothing changed, i spoke to her she said i must be patient with the hair, why do i have to be patient when am not happy with the hair and she knows i never had issues with her hair up until now but she is treating me as if she gave me this hair for free. I got this hair last year and i spoke hair last year she never showed an care. Am not even wear this hair anymore bcz its bad yho
