Absolutely rude

I phoned to enquire about prices and was not helped in an acceptable manner for a service industry. The lady just put the phone down and was not willing to help me when I asked if there were specials for students and pensioners. Will never give them a chance. It's a service industry and you should be treating prospective clients in the best possible manner.
