Horrible and unprofessional service

Worst experience of my life. I was looking for property only to be intimidated by Gee Property Management, after searching for properties I informed Marga that I won’t be going through with the application because I have received a better option. I paid for the application fee and when I tell her I am not going through with the application she intimidated me. I find her very unprofessional and her acts very rude . She was not available for a showroom and organised me to view a place via WhatsApp. I went to the place, only to be stood up outside for more than 30 minutes and the security couldn’t allow me to go through if there was no one to open the gate for me. When I tell her I am not going through with the application she now harassing me to pay her back.
