I had a disappointing experience with Gary, the dog trainer, that highlighted his unprofessionalism. On the day of our scheduled training, we were asked to postpone to a later time. Additionally, the location provided was incorrect, leading us on a frustrating search that wasted valuable time. When we finally arrived at the supposed location, we discovered it was not the right one. To make matters worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism left us feeling undervalued as clients and significantly undermined our confidence in his training services.
