Gedore refuses to answer mails

They claim for years there's a life time warranty on tools. I contacted them via their own site in regards to sockets warranty 6 months ago. I even commented on FB, messaged them on FB and nothing! The warranty is either a **** or they don't give a sht about customers! Ps. It's the only email address I have besides website method of contact
