Disappointment with Company's Product and Service

I am very disappointed in this company because of the recent experience with their product. I bought a tool from them some time ago. After having issues with the tools, I took them back (based on their lifetime guarantee). I was told that Gadore couldn't find the parts to have it fixed and that the tool would not be replaced. I feel let down by their lack of follow-through on their promise of a lifetime guarantee. This experience has made me question the integrity of the company, and I will likely not be purchasing from them again in the future. It's frustrating when a product fails after purchase and is not supported by the company's warranty.
