Wedding venue: Think twice, no deposit back

Our daughter got married there on 16 January 2016. Great venue. VERY bad service in getting your deposit back. We have now been waiting for more than two months and have had only promises of getting back to us, claiming that it has been paid which was not true, ultimately nothing in our bank account. During our daughter's wedding day there was no water available in the venue which affected sanitation and the experience of our guests, and also no water in the honeymoon suite after the reception. For R500pp completely unacceptable. Neither the bride nor the groom could take a shower or bath on the night of the wedding or the next day, when they left for their honeymoon. I would not recommend this venue, even though it is beautiful there and the food was good, as the service afterwards leave a lot to desire...
