Poor service

My wife booked us a family room accomidation for the price of R1450 as we needed a sleep over for a family wedding in the area. This was done through bookings.com. On arrival on morning of 13 Jan2018, we couldn't find reception according to the notice board. We then proceeded to drive along a dirt road around the back where we found another two buildings and a bakie parked outside one which also said reception, but witch was locked!! After calling and calling a woman, Angelique came out of a wedding hall lookig rather perplexed and asked if she could help. We told her about our booking to which she rep**** they had not recieved any booking and that what we'd booked wasn't available. She then offered us three rooms with double beds for the same price as family room. She also said that they were "officially" only re opening the following Monday. The rooms were ok. My wife and i then walked back down to wedding hall to pay. After waiting for about half hour for some other random person to come and unlock the bar area so we could pay, we were told not to worry she, being Angelique, would cime up to our room soon with card machine for us to pay. Two hours later still no one and we left to our wedding. The next morning there was ni hot water for the showers, our shower head sprayed water al over bathroom!!! The shower damed up the water in all three rooms. Now i went to look around and found Angelique in kitchen. I told her i needed to still pay. There was no appology from her side about not coming to us the previous afternoon and then she wanted to charge me R700 per room!! I refused to pay that amount as they had messed up our original booking. I paid her the amiunt of family room instead. One can see that a huge amount of money has been spent to build the venue. Unfortunately it us VERY poorly run. I would not recomend this venue to anyone for whatever reason or funtion.
