Shocking attitude

Arrived an hour earlier than agreed.<br> Didn't call to tell us she was at the house to quote on the landscaping. She just left.<br> When we called her at the agreed time she blamed us for not letting her in. Then she put the phone down, and wouldn't answer her phone after that.
