Worst service ever

Horrible service! When my husband was in the hospital I stayed there a few days without a vehicle. I used a taxi service to get around. First I could not get any mr delivery anywhere to deliver me something to eat and I asked at reception. She couldn't help me. I haven't eaten that night. The next day I found out that they have a restaurant but the receptionist rather kept it quite rather to tell me. Why would anyone let their clients go hungry? The next day I ordered my supper from them well in advance. When I came there after visiting my husband around 17:00 no supper was prepared for me and the receptionist just said they might have forgotten and the lady from which I have ordered that morning could not remember it !! After complaining with the manager over the phone they started preparing my meal and I had supper very late that night. So disappointing. I will never recommend them to anyone. Worst service I have ever experienced.
