Disappointing service

I am utterly disappointed at the level of service I have received from this venue. I am booked from Sunday to Friday and requested to change rooms because I was not satisfied with the room I had which had no telephone and the level of noise from the staff in the morning. I AM STILL NOT MOVED!

Not to mention how slow the employees are! I will never recommend anyone to stay here!
