Geberit excellent after service

This is a product you can trust - all thanks to the after service. Simon who represents Geberit in PE is an excellent after sales consultant who is easily approachable and knowledgeable about the product. We won't recommend any other brand thanks to him. The plumber [who confirmed he was able to and knew how to install a Geberit toilet] we used decided to leave out a piece of the flush plate [without us knowing] and this caused the toilet water to run after each flush. Simon assisted by following a process of elimination to determine the fault and after a few visits the toilet was completely resolved. He was always friendly and more than willing to come back if there were any further problems. Thank you for your persistence and commitment to the product.
