Difficult to get spare part
Hello <br> Tried to get a spare part for Geberit toilet flushing system at Plumblink in Kramerville. They tell me I must first go to Geberit in Halfway house and get the product code from them. Then I must come back to Plumblink and they will source the part and then I can come back and fetch it when they get it. Sounds crazy. Is there any alternative to Geberit?

Dear Grant,
I am really sorry that you have been given the run around which has left you with a bad taste in the mouth where Geberit is concerned. Due to most merchants not keeping stock of all maintenance parts we choose to sell any spares directly to the end user to prevent what has happened to you. We also have a Geberit Pro App which can be down loaded on any smart phone which will assist you with helping us identify your cistern and the part number you would need. Our Jhb office number is *** Edith if you would wish to log a service call where by one of our Technicians will assist you.
