Poor service

I had a towbar fitted at Gearlocks 2000 in Kempton Park on 27 March. (Know it is a while back). I had it done through Haval Kempton Park. When I collected my car I picked up that there was at least 30 km driven with my car without my consent. I also found some chicken nuggets/nibbles in the holder in my door, meaning who ever drove with my car ate in my car.😡. Extremely disrespectful!!!!! I contacted Haval who arranged my car would be 'valet' as compensation by Gearlocks 2000. To date I haven't heard anything as to when I should take my car in.
