Gearlock city lying to me...

Went for an inspection for my new car as per instruction of insurance. They did the inspection and I was told my car will not be insured if I don't install a tracker. Phoned the insurance and they denied it. And said they will insure the car if all factory fitted stuff is working. I was **** to in my face. This is not acceptable....
